With the Super. Sommer. Card, you can use the cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis as often as you like and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. It also includes great extras like kids' activities, the hiking bus, and guided hikes – perfect for a fun and varied summer holiday in the Tyrolean Alps!

The Super. Sommer. Card is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately on site:

Summer 2025:
€6.50 per day for adults
€3.25 per day for children (born between 2010 and 2018)

Summer 2026:
€7.50 per day for adults
€5.00 per day for children (born between 2010 and 2018)

Local Tourist Tax

All prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax of €3.70/day.

  • For bookings in 2025, all guests born in or before 2009 must pay the tax.
  • For bookings in 2026, all guests born in or before 2010 must pay the tax.

Dogs are very welcome!

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend – the stay costs €35.00 per day (without food, on request).

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or the wellness area. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.

Tickets for dogs on the cable cars are not included in the price.

The booking price is exclusive Super. Summer. Card.:

  • Summer 2025: Adults: €6.50 per day
    Summer 2026: Adults: €7.50 per day

  • Summer 2025: Children (born 2010–2018): €3.25 per day
    Summer 2026: Children (born 2011–2019): €5.00 per day

  • Summer 20205: Children born in 2019 or later: free of charge
    Summer 2026: Children born in 2020 or later: free of charge

Cancellation Policy

The general cancellation policy of the hotel industry applies.

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
  • 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • In the last week before arrival: 100% of the total price
  • Early departure or no-show: 100% of the total price

For the sake of the environment

  • There are no slippers in the rooms. Please bring your own. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Would you like to skip daily cleaning? Just hang the red sign on your door – this helps save water and cleaning products.
  • Towels are only changed if you leave them on the floor. This way, you help protect the environment.
  • We focus on reducing waste and sorting it properly to save resources.
