Please settle your bill by 5:00 PM the day before departure.

If you're leaving in the evening or during the night, we can prepare a packed lunch for you instead of the breakfast you’ll miss.

  (If the weather is not favourable, we are happy to switch on the sauna earlier for you. Just inform the reception.)
  → The sauna is located on level -1.

Our self-service bar is available to you around the clock.
We kindly ask you to record any beverages taken on your room list.
You will find the self-service bar in our breakfast room.

We’re happy to help you and reserve a table for dinner. Just let us know at the reception.
(Please understand that outside food or take-away meals are not allowed in the breakfast and lounge areas.)

All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is, of course, permitted in front of the hotel entrance or on the balcony. Please note that the entire hotel is equipped with smoke detectors.

If the main entrance is closed, you can use the night entrance on the left side of the hotel.
You can enter using the access code 2007.

• There are no slippers in the rooms. Please bring your own. Thank you for your understanding!
• Would you like to skip daily cleaning? Just hang the red sign on your door – this helps save water and cleaning products.
• Towels are only changed if you leave them on the floor. This way, you help protect the environment.
• We focus on reducing waste and sorting it properly to save resources.
